Genora Healthcare Pvt Ltd originates from Genesis Medical Systems, a 30-year-old organization deeply engaged in diagnostics, preventive healthcare, physiological assessment and applied medical research.

Over years of interaction with clinicians, patients and healthcare systems, Genesis Medicals developed a deep understanding of how therapeutic and nutraceutical interventions perform in real life — beyond laboratory conditions.

Repeated clinical observations revealed a consistent pattern: the limitation was often not the active ingredient, but the delivery format. Genora was established to address that gap.

The People Behind Genora

Ravi Jolly
Director
Managing Director of Genesis Medical Systems since 1996, with over 30 years of experience in healthcare technology and biomedical research. His work has spanned Cardiology, Neurology, Pulmonology and related areas of clinical technology.

He has been involved in the development of research-based healthcare technologies, including patented innovations and brings this experience to Genora's focus on nutraceutical delivery solutions.
Paras Goel
Director
With 36 years of experience founding and operating manufacturing facilities across India, he brings deep industrial expertise to Genora Healthcare.

His career spans over multiple polymer-based manufacturing giving him an intimate understanding of material science, production engineering and large-scale facility management.
Aman Goel
Director
Leads Genora Healthcare's day-to-day operations with a focus on execution, product development and business growth across markets.
A young entrepreneur with a degree in Business Administration & Finance from Boston, Massachusetts, he brings a hands-on approach to opertations, closely involved in formulation development, quality oversight, commercial partnerships and expanding Genora's presence in both domestic and international markets.
Rhea Goel
Director
Led the digital transition at Genesis Medical Systems with a focus on modernising it's marketing and online presence.

At genora Healthcare, she oversees marketing activities, brand stratergy, market positioning and international partner outreach.
A graduate in Retail Management and Information systems, she also works closely with Quality Management and Compliance supporting our overall quality and brand development.
Dr. Vaibhav Dinde
Chief Medical Officer
Oversees R&D, formulation developmentand product development across Genora's oral dissolving film portfolio. He works closely on formulation stratergy, with a focus on physiological and clinical considerations for both domestic and international markets.
He has also been involved in R&D initiatives at Genesis Medical Systems, contributing to work exploring technology-based approaches to disease-related healthcare needs. his experience brings a practical clinical perspective to Genora's product development and formulation activites.
